Accepted payment methods
We accept the following forms of payment for all online orders:

- PayPal (including PayPal Credit, where available)
All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; we only retain the last four digits and a transaction reference for customer service purposes.
Authorization and capture
When you place an order, we issue a pre‑authorization hold on your payment method for the total amount. The actual charge is captured only after we confirm product availability and shipping address validity – typically within a few hours. If we are unable to fulfill any item, we will release the pre‑authorization immediately, and your bank will remove the hold according to its own policy (usually 2–5 business days).
Price, taxes, and shipping display
All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Sales tax – where applicable – will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current state and local tax rates. We collect tax only if we have a legal obligation to do so in the destination state. The final amount shown on the checkout page is the exact total you will be charged. No additional fees will be added after purchase.
Security and fraud prevention
We employ industry‑standard SSL encryption and fraud detection tools to protect your transaction. For orders that appear unusual (e.g., mismatched billing/shipping addresses, high value), we may contact you to verify your identity before processing. This is a standard measure to protect both you and us from fraudulent activity.
Order confirmation
Immediately after successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, item list, and shipping address. Please review it carefully and contact us if any detail is incorrect – we cannot modify the shipping address after the 2‑hour cancellation window.
